Privacy policy
Effective October 21, 2026
This page explains what Greek Styles collects through greekstylescondoms.com and TikTok lead forms, how we use it, what we retain, and how you can leave the interest list or request deletion.
What we collect
- Dedicated launch list: your first name and email (older signups may include a full name), the exact marketing consent you accepted, consent version, timestamp and signup page. We also retain synchronization and welcome-sequence records to prevent duplicate emails.
- Launch interest list: your first and last name, email, interest selection, optional phone number and message, confirmation that you are 18 or older and agree to launch emails, and the submission date.
- Retail and wholesale inquiries: your name, business name and type, email, location, optional phone number, expected first order or store count, retail sample interest and message, agreement to be contacted, and submission date.
- Consumer survey: the answers you choose or write, optional age range, a random submission identifier and date. The survey does not ask for your name, email or phone. Please do not include personal or medical information in written answers.
- Technical information: interest-list and business inquiry records include the IP address provided by our hosting service. Our hosting and analytics services may also process device, browser, page-view and cookie information when you use the site.
TikTok lead forms
If you voluntarily sign up through a Greek Styles lead form on TikTok, TikTok collects and stores your submission on its platform and shares your submitted email address, your name if provided, and the consent and submission information it makes available with Greek Styles. We use those details to send the product and launch marketing emails you requested. TikTok lead-form submissions are separate from website form submissions and are not currently automatically synchronized with Resend. This signup is for email updates, not phone or SMS marketing.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing support@greekstylescondoms.com. TikTok’s own privacy practices apply to its collection and storage of information on its platform; see TikTok’s privacy policy.
How we use it
We use contact details to send requested launch updates, reply to messages and follow up on business inquiries. We use survey answers to understand product, packaging and price preferences. Technical and analytics information helps us operate the site and understand how it is used. A phone number is optional; providing it does not enroll you in a text-message marketing program.
Who receives it
We do not sell your personal information. Our website hosting and database services store submissions, and authorized Greek Styles personnel can review and export them. Resend stores dedicated launch-list contacts and manages welcome emails and unsubscribe preferences. Business contact forms also forward the details you submit through FormSubmit to our support inbox. Google Analytics receives website usage information; Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our site settings.
Those service providers process information under their own terms. You can review FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Clicking Instagram or Facebook opens that platform, where its own privacy practices apply. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
What we keep
We retain launch-list records to manage communications, business inquiries to support follow-up, and survey answers to analyze preferences. These records do not currently have an automatic expiration date. Copies may also be retained in our support inbox and service-provider backups. You can ask us to remove you from communications or delete your personal details. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or document your request.
Leave the list or request your information
You can use the unsubscribe link in any launch-list marketing email. An unsubscribe is respected if you submit the form again.
Email support@greekstylescondoms.com from the address you used. Use “Unsubscribe” to stop launch emails, or “Privacy request” to ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Please identify any business inquiry or contact details you want us to locate. We may need to verify your request before making changes.
Requests are handled by our team; these links open an email rather than performing an immediate deletion. Because the survey does not collect contact details, we may be unable to identify an individual survey response unless you provide its submission identifier or other identifying information.
Cookies and analytics choices
Google Analytics uses cookies and related information to measure site traffic. You can manage cookies in your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser controls may affect how the site or linked services work.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
Meta advertising measurement runs only after you accept the separate Meta measurement choice, and only on our homepage, including reviewed advertising campaign parameters. Rejecting it does not prevent you from using the site or joining the launch list. Our existing analytics and service providers are described separately above.
When you opt in and measurement is active, Meta Platforms receives a homepage PageView event, the page address (including an advertising click identifier and reviewed campaign labels when present) and event time, and may receive referrer information, IP address, browser and device details, and Meta browser or advertising identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. This information supports advertising measurement and may be associated with your Meta account under Meta’s Privacy Policy. It is not anonymous merely because we do not supply your name.
We do not send Meta signup or contact form contents, names, emails, phone numbers, survey answers, body measurements, health information or product preferences. Meta tracking is excluded from survey, fit-guide, educational, product, launch-list, business inquiry, private and account pages. Automatic events, advanced matching and server-side Conversions API are not enabled by this integration.
Use the Meta privacy settings button at the bottom of a public page to withdraw consent. The choice is stored on this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes accessible first-party Meta cookies; it does not retract information already sent or remove cookies controlled by other sites. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep this Meta integration off.
